1:凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，均提请郑州仲裁委员会按其仲裁规则进行仲裁。 |

2:在标准（格式）合同和合同示范文本中请按下列方式填写:
第××条 因履行本合同发生的争议，由当事人协商解决；协商不成的，按下述第 1 种方式解决：
（一）提交 (郑州)仲裁委员会仲裁。
（二）依法向人民法院起诉。 |

凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，均提请郑州仲裁委员会按照申请仲裁时该会实施的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。 |
|
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall
be submitted to the Zhengzhou Arbitration Commission
for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance
with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect
at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral
award is final and binding upon both parties.
